San Bernardino, California. – One person was injured in a crash Monday afternoon on Interstate 10 in San Bernardino, the California Highway Patrol said.

CHP officers responded to the crash at approximately 5:53 p.m. on the I-10 westbound connector road and I-215 southbound.

The accident involved a white Nissan Versa, a Ford Super Duty pickup truck and a third passenger car.

The passenger in the Nissan complained of back and head pain. Paramedics arrived at the scene and transported the patient to the hospital.

The CHP is conducting an investigation to determine the cause of the crash.
